Sales Support Representative (Calgary, AB)

Due to continued growth, our client in Alberta is looking for a Sales Support Representative that will report to the Account Coordinator and the Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day territory management, account visits, training retail staff, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
• Territory Management/Sales Support
• Meeting the target number of unique account visits/month for specified months in designated territory
• Meeting Retail Staff Training and all Program Objectives
• Feature/Benefit client's Technology and participate in new product launches
• Communication with client's Sales Reps and Go Bee direct reports ongoing
• Reporting as assigned
• Delivery of retail incentives as applicable
• Expense Tracking and Management
• Maintain an Operational Vehicle
• Other duties as assigned. Must be comfortable with working on specific tasks on need basis.
Qualifications:
• Currently a University/College student or recent graduate.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in the wireless industry in retail or a sales environment
• Must be tech savvy and demonstrate excitement for new products and technology
• Self-motivated fun and easy going with a positive attitude.
• Organized with excellent communication, outgoing and have people and team building skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, the internet and other forms of social media.
• Experience with in field marketing, territory management and consumer/retail promotions an asset.
• Must be professionally groomed.
• Must be able to commit 20-25 hours per week (work within business hours, but make your own schedule).
• Must have reliable vehicle in good working condition. Access to a car is required.
Job Type and Scope: Part-Time; 25-30 hours per week - Total Accounts For The Region -- 59 (Mostly in Calgary, with a few accounts in Lethbridge, Medicine Hat & Edmonton)
Duration, Salary & Compensation:
• Duration Of The Current Contract -- 4 months, September -- December 31st, 2011
• Opportunity to re-sign for a 12 month contract in January 2012
• Annual base salary + Performance bonus + Car allowance + In-field business expenses covered
• Opportunity to earn a bonus every quarter
• Full coverage on business related expenses
