Position Profile and Overview
• Oversee and manage the transportation operations to ensure maximum efficiency, level of service and customer satisfaction
• Manage reports, meetings, training and coaching and performance objectives as mandated
• Develop a responsive and effective operations team and foster good working relationships between all departments within the company
• Very strong growth potential
Education & Experience
• Related Education and Experience
• Able to work in a process driven environment which includes heavy use of electronic tools (laptops, company programs, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
