Westburne Electric, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is a leader in electrical product distribution, participating in the commercial, residential, industrial and institutional markets across Canada.
Responsibilities
• Design counter layouts.
• Develop shelving and signage.
• Coordinate branch promotions.
• Promote the Rexel-brand products
• Assist Westburne branches to effectively set up counter and display areas to maximize sales and profitability.
• Duties will include travel to our branch locations, liaising with branch personnel, management and our suppliers.
• Assist to maintain displays and develop merchandising methods.
Applicants for this position should have the following qualifications:
• Post secondary education, preferably in electrical, marketing or business
• A merchandising / retail background would be an asset.
• Must be creative and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be mobile.
