Position Overview: As a Tom Harris wireless sales professional, your job is critical to the performance of the company. You are the primary contact for the client, representing both Tom Harris and TELUS. This position is responsible for all inbound retail sales. Sales efforts are focused on products and services, which generate the greatest profit potential and competitive advantage for our company. Our product suite includes TELUS PCS Cellular Phones, Mike Direct Connect, Wireless Modems, Wireless PDA's, BlackBerry Handhelds, High-Speed Internet, and TELUS TV. A key focus of this position is the ability to build, sustain, and grow long-term relationships with our clients.
Job Requirements:
-Strong Selling and Influencing Skills
-Strong Communication Skills-verbal and non-verbal
-Commitment to Continuous learning
-Excellent Customer service
-Ability to adapt well to a dynamic changing work environment
-Strong Team Player
-Minimum 1+ years of sales experience
-Proven track record in closing sales, and meeting sales targets
-Self starter and motivated to succeed
-Fluency (written, oral) in English
