NEW franchise location. EXTREMELY busy! looking for a lead Esthetician who is EXCLUSIVE and fully committed to frilly lilly.

Successful candidate has fun, stylish, energetic and hard-working qualities to bring to the frilly lilly Crowfoot team.

frilly lilly specializes in waxing and also offers manicures and pedicures. We also sell our signature bath and body care products as well as a full range of jewellery and accessories in our frilly lilly boutiques. We have developed a distinct brand in the market as well as a loyal customer following and are recognized as quality leader for our services.

We're looking for someone to provide exceptional esthetic service to help the store meet the demands of our growing client base and the continued growth of the business. Personality and drive to grow your clientele are essential for this position to be successful.

This is a full time position and the hours are negotiable.

Requirements:
Overall excellent customer relations abilities, sensitive to individual client needs and able to build strong client relationships.
Confidence to perform esthetic services to high esthetic standards and eager to learn the frilly lilly way of esthetics.
Previous experience in esthetics or aptitude in this area is just peachy.
Good verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly to assess client needs a must.
High School diploma and training in esthetics is preferred.
Extremely personable, positive attitude, enthusiastic and self motivated.
Reliable and dependable.
