Quality Assurance Analyst
Arcurve, Best Workplace in Alberta (Under 100 Employees), is currently looking to expand our dynamic team of software professionals.

If you would like to:
• Work closely with Project Managers and Software Developers as part of a high performance team
• Make significant improvements to work products, services or processes.
• Challenge existing approaches/solutions to drive continuous improvement
• Write, review and execute test plans and scripts - tracking defects and fixes in all stages of product development
• Identify and clearly communicate defects, verifying that applications satisfy product requirements
• Collaborate with team members in various other test responsibilities such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance based testing
• Identify, record, and report on product test issues. Create reports recommending changes to verify product quality
• Grow with a successful organization with a proven track record
And have:
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent or a minimum of 3 years of relevant software testing experience
• Oil and Gas Industry experience
• Experience with writing detailed test cases based on functional requirements.
• Attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Proven background in quality assurance and release management best practices
• Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile best practices would be an asset
• An ability to interact and communicate with business professionals
