PROJECT & PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (MOXIES CLASSIC GRILL - HEAD OFFICE CALGARY)
We are looking for an individual that will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of print production and file building. This individual will also be responsible for scheduling daily workload for our graphic design team; ensuring overall quality control of design work; drawing on personal knowledge and supplier relationships to develop strategies and solutions to manage and deliver creative/design projects on time as well as offer support sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes and developing timelines with the marketing team that meet project requirements.
As project and print coordinator this role will project manage all design projects through design and production and ensure that all design files are accurate. Further this position is responsible for supporting the department in establishing priorities and keeping the marketing team apprised of the status of projects. Further tasks include uploading files to printers/vendor partners or media partners as well as managing project management system and maintaining photo library.
Another focal area of responsibility for this position is to typeset documents core communication materials, which require a strong attention to detail.
Technical Knowledge -- Must possess a strong working knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft word.
Must possesses strong communication skills; be solution-oriented and an excellent time manager. Experience with online/digital applications is a definite asset. Must be able to deal well with stressful timelines, be solution oriented and team focused.
