Our client is looking for an Alarm Systems Technician in Grande Prairie immediately. Background required in Industrial and Commercial,.You will need to have First Aid ticket and CSE an asset (client will train on this ticket if necessary). This is a position for candidates with experience in this area, but the client is willing to consider Apprentice Electricians and Instrument Techs. These positions are not just pit stops for trades workers. This client is looking for a permanent employee that is career minded and willing to make roots, not return to their trade once the economy picks up.
Good experience required with electrical panels and controls. You will need to be reliable, have good ethics, have a professional look, friendly with excellent communication skills, as you will be dealing with Trades, Electricians, and other clients and contractors. It is mandatory that you be able to pass a criminal check and have a clean drivers abstract and current license. There will be a company van, but you will have to drive to the shop to get it. Out of town work all paid for.
Pay is as follows: Junior $17-19/hr, Level #2$20-25/hr, and Level #3 is $25 plus (programming). Please apply ONLY if you meet the requirements.
