Job Requirements
Post-secondary Bachelor's Degree with a preference in Comp Sci / MGIS
Advanced SQL skills
Database design and management skills
Database architecture and functional understanding of data standards
Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux based systems
Highly motivated and ability to work within tight deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must have good communication and organization skills
Knowledge of PPDM 3.8 preferred
Oil and Gas System experience preferred (including but not limited to):
CSExplorer
PVR
Qbyte
Fieldview
Siteview
PAS
Duties
Create standardized SQL modules for retrieving source system data to be utilized across GuildOne solutions portfolio and services teams.
Create standardized modules for containing source system data in a PPDM 3.8 data model within Synergy Data source
Prioritize and create new modules submitted by solution teams members that will bring about the greatest value through re-use.
Communicate and disseminate changes to Standards models of PPDM as well as maintaining in-house Synergy Standards to be used by the Solutions team and implemented to the community as a whole via Authoring Training
