Rite-Way Fencing, Canada's largest fencing company, has an opening for an Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator. This FT position will be responsible for all aspects of A/P (including invoice entry and cheque run processing), Payroll administration (calculating and inputting hours, preparing cheques and maintaining employee files) as well as other office duties as required (filing, reception relief). Previous experience is considered an asset, working knowledge with ACCPAC, and candidates with Accounting Diploma or enrolled in a designated accounting designation are preferred. This is a fast paced environment with several locations across Western Canada. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details is a must.
