We are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant Support who is detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Duties & Responsibilities that are required but not limited to:
Setting up on-line training sessions, updating client information, making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, answering phones and e-mails, creating agendas, taking notes from meetings, posting meeting notes, planning social events, updating proposals, aiding in the creation of processes and procedures that contribute to an efficient work environment, and maintaining databases.
Skills & Requirements:
Microsoft Office skills a must, attention to detail, excellent verbal and
written English, outstanding communication skills, takes initiative, strong
organizational skills, a passion for helping others, proficient with computers, ability and interest in learning. Should have previous office-related experience.
