Job Description:
- Serving beverages and food to guests of the restaurant
- Handling cash
- Providing quality guest service as per the standards of the Restaurant/Hotel

Job Requirements:
- Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
- Additional languages spoken would be an asset
- Must be Smart Serve certified
- Must have at least 3 years of bartending experience
- Must have sound knowledge of wine and cocktails
- Must be neat, professional and well groomed
- Must possess good organizational/time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift heavy trays
- Must project a professional image
- Must be guest service focused
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential
- Must be able to work days, evening weekends and holidays
- Preference will be given to those who have graduated from a hospitality program
