This is a temporary position that is scheduled to continue for one month.

Essential Capabilities

• Your duties include:
o Participate in meetings and illustrate what was discussed
o Transport meeting information into electronic format (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
o Other related duties as necessary
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Powerpint, and Visio are essential
• Previous experience with similar responsibilities is a definite asset
• Previous experience in an office
