About the Opportunity
Bridgewater Bank is seeking passionate and action-oriented individual for the position of Manager, Mortgage Recoveries, located in the Calgary office.
Reporting to the Manager, Retail Credit, you will be responsible for managing the Mortgage Recovery Department by developing and implementing policies and procedures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the area.
Specifically, you will:
- Manage workflow process and efficiencies of Mortgage Recoveries department;
- Develop, implement and monitor the effectiveness of training programs;
- Develop and implement effective Mortgage Recovery Policies;
- Foster a team environment by sharing knowledge and information.
Your post secondary education in Business is further strengthened by at least 5 years’ experience in a management/leadership role plus 5 years experience within a lending institution.
You are a passionate leader and mentor who has outstanding planning, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Proven team-building capabilities are essential, as is a commitment to understanding the impact of actions on staff and processes.
Above all, this role would ideally suit a highly motivated individual who has a solid business acumen, process assessment and project management skills.
