EACH EMPLOYEE MUST BE LICENSED BY ALBERTA SOLICITOR GENERAL CLASSIFIED AS SECURITY SERVICES AND ALARM RESPONDER BEFORE FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT.
SecuriLink guards will be required, but will not be limited to:
? Security patrols of common areas, including parking and amenities
? Control access to clients properties
? Monitor security system
? Receive packages and deliveries while on site
? Supervise move-ins and move-outs
? Regulate and monitor visitor parking
? Enforce condo by-laws and deal with various complaints
? Respond to fire and other emergency alarms
? Write daily shift reports and isolated incident reports to log all common area problems and other occurrences.
