To cope with our continuous growth we are currently hiring for the following position:
Quality Control (audit processes) Occupational Health & Safety
Working with a team, this candidate will participate in staying a breast of current trends/training, ensure procedures and documents are kept up to date and tested periodically. They will be responsible for ensuring that employee training is on going and that each department head understands the rules and requirements of our audit programs and work safe requirements
Job Duties
Maintaining and implementing quality control procedures
Staying a breast of latest Food Safety such as GFSI (we are currently Primus 3rd party Audited)
Auditing procedures and updating information to ensure controls are being followed
Documentation
Staying abreast and implementation of provincial Work Safe procedures and requirements
Job requirements
Excellent language skills both verbal and written
Detail oriented
Prior quality control and dealing with requirements of Worker Safe Alberta
A quick learner and willingness to learn
People oriented, with good interpersonal skills
Possess a pleasant personality
Computer literate
