Job Description:
Cummins Western Canada has an immediate opening for a PG Project Coordinator in Calgary. Reporting to the Projects Manager, the position will be primarily responsible for managing the orders and to ensure timely delivery. Other duties include:
· Ensuring timely delivery of projects
· Coordinating all order logistics to provide “On time” delivery
· Coordinating services from parts and service operations
· Forecasting monthly revenue for projects and regions
· Supporting high risk projects by controlling documents, purchase orders, logistics and inventory
· Bringing the project in within financial budget
Requirements:
· Above average computer skills
· Knowledge of Cummins BMS system is preferred, but not mandatory
· Strong Microsoft Office Computer skills (Excel, Access & PowerPoint
· Experience working in Microsoft Projects would be an asset
· Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
· Must display positive attitude
