World Health is hiring a Part Time Collections Associate
Reports To
Collections Supervisor
Shift Details
Shift will be part time Monday to Friday working shifts up to 8pm in the evening and business hours Saturday morning. This part time position requires a minimum work week of 16 hours.

Job Duties
· Display a high degree of professionalism when dealing with members on the phone
· Liaise diplomatically with delinquent members to resolve issues with accounts
· Ability to make over 120 outbound collection calls per day
· Respond to escalated internal and external customer inquiries
· Exercise critical thinking skills when reconciling member accounts
· Process accurately credit card and online payments, as well as credit memos
· Suggest improvements to overall collection strategies, policies, workflow, processes and standards
· Proficient “skip tracing” skills
· Prepare, review and sends member statements and collection letters as per collection process
· Review accounts for possible assignment and make recommendations to the Senior Manager
· Prepares information for the collection agency.
· Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all IFH guidelines/regulations.
Education
· High School Diploma required
Skills/Experience
· 1 – 5 years of call centre experience preferably in a collections/accounts receivables role
· Able to work part time M-F 11am-8pm, with alternating Saturday’s
· Knowledge of account receivables and collection practices
· Excellent telephone manner, critical thinking and negotiation skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in an ever-changing fast paced environment
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with members, employees and management
· Must be well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
· Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions
· Demonstrates a commitment to superior service
· Demonstrates a strong knowledge of internal and external conditions that have the potential to affect customer service levels
