Our client, a Fortune 500 Oil & Gas company, is searching an administrative assistant with high energy to join their team in Foster Creek. This is a contract position that is scheduled to continue for 6 months.

The hours of work for this role are Mondays to Thursdays, 10 hours per day.
Our client provides a bus ride to and from Foster Creek at La Corey.

This is the perfect opportunity for you to gain exposure with an O&G leader if you are in Bonnyville or Cold Lake!

Essential Capabilities

Duties: Scanning, filing, setting up online document organization, other office duties as assigned by the coordinator.

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Experience in a similar role
• Office Administration Diploma is an asset
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe

Superstar Qualities
• Good organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable transportation to commute to La Corey or Foster Creek
