Our client, a Fortune 500 Oil & Gas company, is searching for a Contract Analyst with a strong work ethic to join their team in Nisku. This is a contract position that is scheduled to continue for one year.
The hours of work for this role are:
Monday to Thursday 6:30 am to 5:30 pm
Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
(Overtime is eligible)

Essential Capabilities
Duties: Collect / Date Stamp / Check work tickets and invoices, Liaising with contractors and accounting personnel to resolve issues, Conduct / Assist with cost allocation reconciliation, Electronic filing of records, Other administrative duties
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• No less than 5 years of clerical and administrative experience, experience in contracting and procurement functions preferred
• Secretarial / Office Administration Diploma
• Highly proficient computer skills in MS Office suite and Visio
• Related experience with an owner or relevant EPCM Company
Superstar Qualities
• Ability to effectively organize large amounts of data
• Proven skills to deal with a busy workload with competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
• Reliable transportation to commute to Nisku
