HUB Financial, Canada's largest Life Insurance Managing General Agency requires an individual with a high level of customer service, can multitask, and is looking for a challenging role. The successful candidate will be working in our Mutual Fund division, HUB Capital Inc., will report to the Regional Office Manager and will be responsible for the following:





Servicing our brokers and ensuring all transactions are processed and settled in a timely fashion and within service standards.

Ensuring compliance to corporate procedures, industry guidelines and client instructions on all transactions.

Responsible for the distribution and monitoring of workflow to ensure that work is completed both accurately and within acceptable time frames.

Manages first level escalation for customer service inquiries.

Handles broker complaints, LOI investigation, and complex questions and acts as a liaison between the broker and fund company/carrier to ensure smooth flow of information.

Answers broker commission inquiries where capable; refers complicated commission issues to Central Commission department for handling.

Assists with training of IP team members

Acts as a back-up and resource to other team members when required.





Required Skills:


Minimum of 2 years' experience within the investment fund industry

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Great attitude with customer service focus

Ability to Multitask and work effectively within a team environment.

Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

High school diploma required
