Intermediate - Senior Administrative Assistant

We have several our clients who would love to have you join their project teams! Use your expertise in complex administrative duties and professional judgment to succeed in these roles.
These positions are long-term, temporary assignments and the actual contract lengths will vary.
Essential Capabilities
• Your responsibilities including complex administrative duties which may include:
o Calendar & E-mail management
o Travel & Meeting arrangements
o Prepare meeting minutes and reports
o Liaise with VP’s, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders
• A diploma or degree in administration is highly preferred
• 5 years or more of work experience in an intermediate to senior administrative role
• Advanced skills in MS office applications
• Skilled in documenting meeting minutes and preparing reports

• A high level of professionalism
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Tact, diplomacy, and able to manage upwards
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail
• Quick at learning and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
