SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth and sustainability of the CSM Plant Services portfolio through active sales, contract administration and order processing activities.
The CSM Plant Service Coordinator will be responsible to:
•Provide outstanding service to Westburne West's Automation customers and facilitate the efficient internal processes necessary to administer the CSM Plant Services business portfolio.
•Offer technical support and marketing strategies on Customer Support and Maintenance services to the branches and customers within the Division.
•Efficiently administer our existing CSM contract base of Parts Management Agreements and Bundled Service Contracts.
•Work with Westburne's inside and outside sales staff to generate quotations
•Manage the CSM Remanufacture transactions including order processing, invoicing, return of defectives, etc.
Experience / Education
•A minimum of one-year prior inside sales experience is required.
•Previous experience working in a high performance team environment.
•Proven track record of customer relationship management is required.
•General product knowledge, AS400 & SAP experience would be preferable.
•A working knowledge of the Westburne and Rockwell Automation processes.
•A Community College education is the normal requirement to perform the activities and tasks of the position.
