Position: Floor Supervisor (PT) -- Nine West - Southcentre Mall
Ready to take your retail career to the next step? The Floor Supervisor role at Nine West is an opportunity for
candidates with previous Sales Associate experience to progress their retail career. The successful Floor Supervisor demonstrates leadership and responsibility and contributes to the successful operation of the store. Performance measures include achieving or surpassing personal sales goals, being a positive role model and assisting the management team as required to ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
o Assign Sales Associates to duties
o Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
o authorize payments by cheque, return of merchandise
o Assist with resolution of Customer Service concerns professionally and effectively
o Timely completion of all required reports and paperwork
o Loss prevention and Inventory control
o Health and Safety standards compliance
o Assist management team with up-keep of store cleanliness and appearance in accordance with company guidelines
o Assist management team with timely execution of promotions and sales events
o Organization and maintenance of stockroom to standard on every shift
The ideal candidate demonstrates

Requirements:
• 1 year fashion retail Sales Associate experience
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, lift cartons of stock -15 kg
• Computer literate, and strong reading and communication skills
