Bilingual CFO (Chief Financial Officer) (Calgary)

We are currently seeking a part time CFO (Chief Financial Officer) with a strong knowledge on rules and regulations of public traded company and proficient on GAAP and IFRS.
Reporting to the CEO (Chief Executive Officer), the candidate must be a Professional certified accountant (CA, CMA or CGA) with 5+ years of public practice experience. The CFO is responsible to all aspects of accounting functions and preparing financial statements and corporate tax returns; a team player and fully understand the role and the duty of the applied position.
Due to our operation is in China, the CFO must be an excellent communicator and fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Our company is in the eco-agriculture business. As the company is rapidly growing, this part time position may lead into a full time employment.
