Provide strategic leadership to Service Technicians and affect daily operations. Your knowledge of the City of Calgary and the surrounding areas is paramount when planning routes, dispatching techs/equipment, and prioritizing calls.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Operations Coordinator will lead, manage, and control service, installation, and emergency calls/orders to the Calgary branch. Flex your organization muscle through meticulous administrative procedures, pricing, and ordering parts. Apply your adaptability and versatility to this role where tasks vary, change, and fluctuate daily.
