Data-Entry Administrator with a twist!

We are currently looking for energetic, dedicated individuals for our client, a leader in the energy sector. This is a unique role in their Corporate Travel Department that combines data-entry and client services. This is a perfect role for someone with advanced data entry skills and has a customer service / travel industry background!
Essential Capabilities
• Your Duties may include:
o Generate, route, file and distribute divisional documentation as it relates to Corporate Travel.
o Maintain index to ensure that subcontractors have received approved documents.
o Update and maintain documentation and data control system.
• Must have advanced skills and demonstrated experience with data entry; ideally 70+ WPM
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and or Access.
• Knowledge of operating systems & database administration such as SAP applications are a plus
• Experience in customer service and/or the travel industry are assets
Superstar Qualities
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Professional telephone manner and great communication skills on the phone
• Ability to receive information through the telephone, and record and process information with speed and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable in making sensible decisions that do not violate company regulations
• A go-getter who can learn new things quickly!
