Our client the world's largest electronic security and alarm company is seeking a dynamic Residential Sales Manager to lead their team in Calgary, AB.
You will be responsible to recruit, hire, train and lead your team to sales success. You are a results orientated team builder who thrives in a high paced environment and you are looking for your next career opportunity. If this is starting to sound like you then we should talk.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years sales or comparable experience including knowledge of electronic security or related equipment.
o Recruiting and training
o Team Building & Development
o Strategic planning & implementation
o Organizing sales teams & field direction
o Results orientated
o Resolve conflicts
o Customer focus & relations
o Post secondary education in Sales, Marketing or Business is preferred or equivalent work experience.
o Strong computer skills & work ethic
o Bilingual is an asset.
The client offers base salary, commissions and targeted first year earnings would see you making a high 5 figure income and top performers earn six figures. Our client also offers a car allowance, company supplied cell phone, 3+ weeks of holidays in first year, fantastic medical/dental, RRSP plan with company matching 100% and a full benefit plan.
