Are you a web developer with a passion for web development and design? FP iMarketing is looking for a well-rounded front-end web developer who is a result-oriented self-manager capable of effectively handling independent projects as well as working cohesively with a team.

The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate that they've effectively planned & execute objectives as shown through previous work experience. Experience in communicating technical requirements and deliverables with managers or end clients is an asset.

Salary based on experience, advancement to a leadership role is available to qualified candidates. Applicants should provide portfolios of work in design and web development.

Education and Experience
------------------------------------------------------
• Experience with basic frontend website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, cross-browser compatibility) required.
• Familiar with setting up and working with website or web application infrastructure (domain, hosting, DNS, SQL DBs, Linux, Apache) required
• Experience in web programming technologies and environments: Java, .NET, PHP, SQL, Apache Ant and versioning systems (Subversion, Mercurial or similar) preferred
• Experience with content management systems (Word Press, Joomla , Pagelime) and website analytics (Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools) preferred
• 3+ Years professional experience in web development preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Development of technical specifications for web applications
• Developing, maintaining and updating websites and web applications
• Setting up and configuring website or web application infrastructure
• Translating visual designs into websites
• Execution of various quality control procedures
• Technical troubleshooting and providing technical support
• Execute various technical procedures for website and web application deployment
• Compiling visual design for websites, web graphics, and other online media
• Implementation of various web marketing tools and analytics
• Executing various online marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media and email campaigning
