Design firm looking for assistance with Adobe InDesign project (Calgary)

Adobe InDesign professional needed for assistance in completing upcoming corporate reports for clientele.
Interesting clients! Interesting work! Great Oil & Gas-related design experience!
Designers to be hired on per project basis beginning early January 2012, part-time to full-time depending on skill set, projects end March 2012.
Part-time will quickly graduate to full-time permanent position if good fit.
Creative thinkers will go a long way.
Illustration/visual art background a definite asset but not required.
Requirements:
- MUST BE fluent with Adobe InDesign
- MUST BE proficient/experienced with InDesign Master Pages
- MUST BE experienced for page layout/set-up in a book or magazine format
- MUST adhere to all project requirements and respectfully commit to deadlines.
Weekends and evenings are sometimes necessary when short time-frame turnarounds are required.
You could possibly receive 60+ hours in a single week during different project phases.
We realize some of the above criteria overlaps but need to be clear on what we're looking for.
We're not print guys, we're web designers with a lot of print contracts and are looking to expand in that area.
