The position will combine your strong network troubleshooting and technical skills with your excellent client service and support experience.
You should:

-Possess excellent communication skills
-Have a strong ability to relate technology/business solutions to customer’s strategic objectives
-Command excellent problem solving skills
-Have the ability to cope with account related issues with a clear and concise approach
-Familiarity with Microsoft OS environments
-Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
