JOB SUMMARY:
• Perform a variety of operational functions including but not limited to the production, inspection and distribution of products to internal (or external) customers.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
• Assure that all work assigned is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions and requirements
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards within a reasonable time, depending on the degree of difficulty of their job functions
• Work in an orderly and safe manner
• Learn and practice safe work
• Practice 5 S Lean Manufacturing Techniques
• Produce effectively and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Windows and/or doors experience preferred
• Experience with AS400 an asset but not required
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Must be physically able to lift, push and pull, stand, walk and bend for entire period of shift
• Multitasked and self motivated

• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe manner in accordance with CWD’s Health and Safety Manual
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Immediately report unsafe working conditions
• Comply with all legislative requirements as outlined by Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
