Applicants must be capable of suite renting, move ins/outs, eviction notices, supervising maintenance personnel, performing minor common area cleaning, liaison with trades and good people skills. This is a pet friendly complex. The position offers a good salary plus a free two bedroom suite, bonuses, medical/dental plan, life insurance, RRSP contributions and 2 days off each week. Rotation of days off with Assistant Manager.
