Donations Coach:
Working in conjunction with a third-party financial processing company, the Donations Coach is responsible for the smooth processing of all donations including any exceptions, manual processing, and escalated phone calls from all coaches. The Donations coach will also, maintain and manage the participant/donor database, run reports and queries for data and operations purposes, and act as a technical resource for the operations team.
The role of the Donations Coach includes:
• Ensuring timely and correct imports of donations into database
• Reconciliation of errors in processing or attributing donations
• Manual processing all donations as needed
• Accounting for, reconciling and deposits
• Processing foreign currency
• Providing customer Service for all donation or financial issues
• Performing daily and weekly database maintenance
• Assist the Team Lead with office administrative duties
• Will assist with answering of inbound calls as needed
To be effective in this role, it is important to have experience in working with Excel and have excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to details and have an ability to prioritize your work.
