They have interests in power generation, combined heat and water, desalination, upstream oil & gas, pipelines, services and structured finance. They have a workforce of 2,800 people from 41 nationalities working in nine markets across the world, from India to Canada and Abu Dhabi to the United Kingdom.
Requirements:
Our client is currently seeking a lawyer with exceptional credentials and at least 8 years of domestic oil & gas experience to join their small legal team within their Calgary office of 700 employees. Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Managing employment matters
Procurement
Completing large transactions
Litigation Management
Implementing policy as per the Global legal team
Litigation Management
The successful candidate must be qualified to practice law in Alberta and must have the required domestic oil & gas background. The successful candidate must also be able to multi-task and handle a diverse work load. Other desirable qualities include: excellent communication skills, excellent people skills, a true team player and must be down to earth.
