What would you do?

OS&D & Customer Service Duties (Part-time—Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm)

• OS&D functions including strip manifests, reporting refusals, stray freight, and damage reporting.
• Scanning of required documents including; POD’s, BOL’s, Customs Documents
• Assisting with bond freight and customs clearances
• Re-directing and billing errant freight and returns to shippers
• Taking issues from first contact through to resolution
• Responding to customer requests / enquiries in a professional, timely and accurate manner
• Performing inbound/outbound administrative functions
• Performing post delivery administrative functions
• Stop the process, fix and/or escalate the issue

Examples of key functions of this position are:
o Taking pickup calls
o Performing track & trace
o Setting up delivery appointments
