Looking for Licensed, Insured and Workers Compensation covered contractors, for Bathroom Renovation company.
You must have your own Truck for transporting Material and carry your own tools for the job.

We are a busy Walk In Bath Tub company that works close with our aging population.
Candidates for the position must be able to work well in our customers’ homes and have a strong Knowledge with Plumbing, Tile work, Carpentry, Some flooring and good eye for finishing work.

There may be a little travel involved. We will cover travel expenses and if there is any overnight travel required we will also pay for overnight expense.
This is an excellent opportunity (depending on how much you are will to Travel) to make a six figure income.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 5 years experience in wireless telecommunications

• Ericsson installation experience

• Ability to climb heights of 350 feet

• Experience with the testing equipment such as In-line Dynometers and OTDR

• Willingness to travel to remote locations for periods up to 6 weeks and reside in camp accommodations occasionally

• Climbing/rescue training and basic first aid training is an asset

• High school completion or equivalent

DUTIES:

1) Climb and work aloft on poles, towers, ladders or other support structures up to 350 feet;

2) Remove, Install and repair aerial telecommunication transmission and distribution antenna, equipment and associated hardware;

3) Remove, Install and repair various types and sizes of telecommunication cables and lines including fibre optic, coaxial and DC power;

4) Inspect and test telecommunication transmission lines and cables for transmission characteristics and locate faults using instruments including but not limited to In-Line Dynometers;

5) Analyze and record test results and prepare site acceptance documentation.

We are currently searching for a Field Savvy, experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their staff team. This role will require relocation.

The person selected for this position will assume responsibility for the management of major projects and will be
required to plan, schedule and deliver each project according to technical specifications and within the agreed
timelines.

This ‘hands-on’ management position reports directly to the General Manager . Applicants must have the maturity and communication skills necessary to deal effectively with field staff while possessing necessary technical qualifications and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:
-Contract Tendering: participate in the tendering process, liaise with architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors and customer representatives
-Project Planning: develop field work plans, material procurement schedules, foreman and crew make-ups and cost projections
-Field Management: conduct regular on-site progress reviews, assessing progress against master work plans, ensuring timely delivery of materials/equipment, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, assessing revision requests which would qualify for change order billings, promoting good inter-trade working relationships
-Profitability Management: formal progress reviews, labor productivity, containing direct costs, managing work change orders, participate in the company’s annual profit plan
-Safety: promoting current safety policy, compliance, participation and policy development

We are seeking as much as possible of the following in a preferred candidate:
-Recognized qualification or license certifying technical competence
-Extensive experience in the electrical trade
-At least 4 years supervisory experience as a General Foreman or Project Manager on job sites that involved a crew manning of not less than 10 tradespersons
-Demonstrable high degree of technical competence in reading, interpreting and evaluating working drawings and specifications pertaining to the electrical and other trade work
