The Role
As the QA Lead, you will the senior member of a group working within the Coverity Integrity Manager (CIM) Product Team to esure that the product is comprehensively tested as early as possible in the development cycle. CIM is the web management interface and portal for all of Coverity’s products and used by thousands of engineers, including some of the world’s leading open-source developers. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of parts of CIM’s test infrastructure, from definition through final user acceptance. You will also work closely with management and other team leads in communicating status and raising issues. The technical focus developing test code rather than fixing or finding bugs.

CIM is a small, nimble team, and your job is to accelerate product development by helping the team better help themselves through the development of systems which continually test code as is developed. Qualifications and Requirements *Experience developing and testing web applications (front technologies HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX) as well as experience with Agile methodology, Scrum techniques and test driven development. Development

· Involves all aspects of compiler compatibility development.

· Implement compiler compatibility layers to allow Coverity’s front end code to parse code written for other compilers.

· Update and maintain this code as needed to ensure that Coverity maintains its industry-leading compiler compatibility.

· Assist with technical partnerships between Coverity and other compiler companies.

Test

· Involves designing and developing the test infrastructure needed to ensure that Coverity maintains its industry-leading compiler compatibility

· Strategize on best practices for testing the compiler/OS/IDE compatibility matrix, including using open source compiler testsuites for C/C++ to improve standards compliance.

· Design and execute the compatibility matrix of test suites such that test coverage is as close to 100% as possible.
